Almondhill Guest House - Getting There

Getting there from the Information Centre

From Edinburgh and Scotland Information Centre, follow signs for the Forth Road Bridge until the Barnton Roundabout. Follow signs for South Queensferry. Take a left turn sign posted for Kirkliston/Scotland HQ 2nd Battalion. Go along this road until you come to an S-bend and after the bend and two large fields farther on Almondhill Guest House is the next house on the right. Please drive in. There is plenty of parking.

Getting There by Railway

From Waverley Railway Station take a train to Dalmeny Station. Trains are every 30 minutes. A taxi from Dalmeny Railway Station will cost 4 or 5 pounds.

Getting there by Aeroplane

From Edinburgh airport turn right towards Glasgow. At Newbridge roundabout take the A89 for Uphall and Broxburn. Go through the traffic lights and turn right, sign posted to Kirkliston. Follow this road up to another set of traffic lights and turn right. Turn left, sign posted to Crammond 3.5 miles. Pass a white cottage on the left hand side of the road and Almondhill Guest House is the last in the row of cottages beside the white cottage.
