Central holiday rental accommodation with view to Edinburgh Castle.

3 Star city centre studio apartment sleeping 1 or 2. The flat is an ideal holiday let with a great view of Edinburgh Castle and is just a short walk from Princes Street, the Old Town, the Royal Mile and the Castle. It is a bright and comfortable apartment with 3 rooms - a living room/double bedroom, a breakfasting kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a private residential apartment block (called Webster's Land) on West Port, which leads to the Grassmarket. Museums, galleries and tourist attractions are just 10-15 minutes' walk away, and close by are a concert hall, theatres, cinemas, an internet cafe, bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as Princes Street Gardens.

3 STAR ACCOMMODATION
Although on the fourth floor, it is reached by just 2 short flights of stairs from the main entrance gate which is at 3rd floor level.

Lounge/Bedroom: Double bed, sofa, fitted wardrobes, hair dryer, TV, DVD player, digital TV receiver (Freeview channels), CD stereo. (Single foldaway Z-bed also available).

Kitchen: Table and chairs, washer-dryer, electric cooker, microwave, fridge (with ice compartment), toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board.

Bathroom: Electric shower over bath, toilet, wash hand basin, shaver socket.

TELEPHONE
Payphone provided which can be used with a credit card or phonecard.

INTERNET
Free broadband available on request (mobile modem).

RESTRICTIONS
The property may be unsuitable for some as it is reached by approx 20 stairs.

LINEN AND CLEANING
Towels and linen provided. If staying longer than 2 weeks we can arrange to change linen and clean the flat once every 2 weeks, at a time suitable to you.

RENTAL
Rental can begin and end any day of the week. Minimum let is usually 3 nights but during Christmas, New Year and August it is 7 nights. Prices are lowest during winter months and highest in August and at New Year.

POST/FAX - print a Booking Form from our website using the link below. Fill in your details and post or fax the form to us. Please reserve your dates by email or phone before sending the form to us.

PAYMENTS
when booking OVER 1 MONTH before your arrival date: a deposit of 30%* will secure your booking. The remaining balance will be due 1 month before arrival.
When booking LESS THAN 1 MONTH before your arrival date: the full amount** will be due on booking.

*When booking online the 30% deposit consists of 8% to VisitScotland + 22% to Edinburgh Self-Catering.
** When booking online the full amount will consist of 8% to VisitScotland + 92% to Edinburgh Self-Catering.

Edinburgh Self-Catering accepts the following methods of payment:
Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro/Switch. If booking by post we also accept UK cheques and Eurocheques. Bank transfers are also accepted.
