From Edinburgh Airport/A8

Take the A8 from Edinburgh Airport through Corstorphine to Haymarket Terrace, stay in the middle lane and follow signs for A8 into Edinburgh City Centre. Carry on to Shandwick Place and follow signs for A702. You will see Frasers Department store ahead on your left and the Rutland Hotel on your right; at this point make sure you take the right hand lane to turn right onto Lothian Road. Once on Lothian Road get into the left hand lane, continue straight ahead and follow signs for A702 (you will pass the Sheraton Hotel on your right). At the very top of Lothian Road/Earl Grey Street, there is a large junction, with three forks, (the Bank of Scotland is on your left), take the right hand lane into Home Street.
