The Adria House is a well established, family-run and now FULLY NO-SMOKING guest house centrally located and just 15 minutes walk from the main bus and train stations of St. Andrews and Waverley. The Adria offers charming, comfortable accommodation and good value for it's central position. It is within easy walking distance of many of Edinburgh's principal cultural, historical and retail landmarks. Built in the 1820's, the Adria House gives the discerning guest the opportunity to live in a property forming part of the city's "New Town" which visitors from around the world come to admire.

All rooms have retained much of their traditional character and are comfortable with many having en-suite bathrooms. All rooms have hairdryers, colour TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Budget rooms are also available with wash-hand basin and the use of shared public bathroom facilities.
