A Room In Leith
Stylish Bed and Breakfast with en suite double room in the Leith area of Edinburgh, adjacent to The Shore, Ocean Terminal, The Royal Yacht Britannia and Scottish Executive.
The room is in our spacious first floor apartment in a converted Whisky Bond overlooking Commercial Street and has a king size bed, sitting area, TV, radio, tea/coffee facilities and en suite bathroom with WC, tub and power shower. It is suitable for two adults sharing or one adult single occupancy. We cannot accommodate children.
The Leith area of Edinburgh has much to offer including some excellent restaurants and bars and of course the Ocean Terminal shopping centre and cinema complex. Edinburgh city centre is only 10 to 15 minutes away by bus with a good choice of frequent services to Princes Street, The Royal Mile, Stockbridge, Edinburgh Airport and outlying districts. There is also a frequent night bus service from Princes Street. There is free car parking outside in a private road and use of a bicycle store if required.
We offer a full Scottish cooked breakfast and as we only have one letting room a personal and friendly welcome! If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know in advance.
The entrance to number 146/8 is on a private road running parallel to Commercial Street, running off Ocean Drive by Britannia Spice Restaurant (at the junction of Lindsay Road/ Ocean Drive/Commercial Street).
