Beresford Guest House
The Beresford Hotel is situated in the heart of the West End of Edinburgh. Built in 1872, it forms part of the last phase of the New Town Development and was a private house until the early 1900's, when it became the first house hotel in the area.
It is ideally situated within easy strolling distance of Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, the Old Town and the multitude of city centre tourist and shopping attractions.
Recently totally refurbished, we have upgraded the facilities to modern
standards whilst retaining the inherent charm of a Victorian town house.
Our rooms are fully en suite (shower, WC and hand wash basin) and have satellite TV, direct-dial telephones, hairdryers and complimentary tea/coffee facilities. Some of the family rooms have fridges, and for our younger guests, a cot is also available.
A full breakfast is served and vegetarian and special diets are readily catered for.
