We have six bright, spacious and comfortable bedrooms consisting of doubles, twins, trebles & family/group rooms. En-suite and standard options are available.

All our rooms are equipped with television and video players and you can choose from our complimentary library of Scottish tapes and films.

You will find a radio alarm clock in each room along with tea and coffee making facilities. There is also a small fridge available for the use of guests

We are a twenty minute walk from the city centre and only two minutes from the main bus routes, golf course, gym and fitness centre.
