Anne House Apartments (Holyrood Apartment)

Anne House Apartments (Holyrood Apartment) is one of three two-bedroomed apartments located in close proximity just off the Royal Mile in the very heart of Edinburgh's historic Old Town.

Anne House Apartments are privately owned, self catering accommodation, located in the very Heart of Edinburgh's Old Town.

They are within 2 minutes walk of a cosmopolitan range of cafes, bars and restaurants, (including internet), St Giles Cathedral, Edinburgh Festival Fringe Office, Mary King's Close, The Loch Ness Experience, and the Tron Tourist Information Centre.

Tucked away in a traditional Edinburgh Close, just off the High Street, (also known as the Royal Mile), they can offer visitors peaceful accommodation for such a central location.

The Royal Mile is literally the backbone of Edinburgh's Old Town, stretching from Edinburgh Castle at the top, right down to The Palace of Holyrood House (the Royal Family's Residence when in Edinburgh) at the bottom of the Mile.

The Holyrood area is now also home to the new Scottish Parliament, - the building already world famous and winner of several architectural awards.

There are 2 apartments at Anne House, comprising the whole third floor (top) of this modern building.

Each apartment has a double room, twin room, and sofa bed in the living room.
The fitted kitchens are completed to a high standard with electric oven/grill and hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, washer/dryer, and of course the all important dishwasher! Absolutely vital on holiday!
All the usual kitchen requirements are provided, plus a welcome pack on arrival. Please ask about specific requirements on booking.

Bathrooms are fully equipped with a shower over the bath and electric toothbrush and shaver points.

Good quality bed-linen, personal towels, and kitchen towels are provided at no extra charge.

Both apartments have central heating plus individual heaters in rooms.
All taxes, electricity, hot water etc. are included in the overall rental cost.

Parking in Edinburgh City Centre is both scarce and expensive, however guests at Anne House Apartments, have either garage parking or an allocated parking space at the apartments. This is also included in the overall cost.

Car parking is shared over the three properties.
