There is a small supermarket across the road and also a 24 hour garage.
Newington is convenient for the Meadows, Edinburgh University, The Queen’s Hall, Royal Commonwealth Pool and Arthur’s Seat. It is about a 20min walk from the Royal Mile. Bus stop servicing city centre conveniently close to apartment. The apartment is also within reasonable walking distance into the city centre and the walk into town provides the opportunity to investigate many interesting shops and points of interest such as the Edinburgh Meadows and Edinburgh University.

The apartment has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 (+2). One king sized double bedroom and a second bedroom with twin beds (each 2'6'' wide) which can be converted to a zip-linked king sized double on request. Double sofa bed in living area. Travel cot on application. Wooden floors throughout and carpeted bedrooms. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels provided. Complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival.
Minimum stay is 2 nights and we are flexible with arrival dates. During the weekends, there is free on-street parking on nearby streets and during the week, there is free on-street parking on streets about a 5min walk from the apartment. The apartment is fitted with an heat exchange system to keep you cosy in the winter and cool and well ventilated in the summer. Each room has a thermostatically controlled electric radiator.
The apartment is ground floor and there are 3 steps up to the front door.
A £100 refundable breakage deposit is to be paid to the owner upon payment of the balance. This will be refunded in full, 14 days after the end of the stay, provided there are no damages to the apartment or its contents"
For arrivals later than 11 pm a late check in fee of £30 applies"
