Self catered open plan apartment with public parking nearby in the heart of a World Heritage Site!

Due to the historic nature of the building this apartment has no lift, therefore is not suitable for persons of restricted mobility.

The Artist’s Studio was renovated in the 19th Century by an artist who wanted to capture the view from Princes Street over the Firth of Forth to Fife and recently refurbished to a high standard. Enjoying a romantic setting coupled with views to equal that of Edinburgh Castle the studio is perfect for those who want a break with a difference. If you are coming for business or pleasure you will be amazed by this apartment.

Situated at the top of Scotland's most famous street, The Royal Mile, a minute’s walk from the Castle, you’re holiday starts as soon as you arrive in Edinburgh. Look out the window onto Princess Street and plan your shopping route! If you enjoy Walking why not plan your walk from the window as you enjoy the view across Princes Street gardens, over the beautiful architecture of the New Town, towards the Firth of Forth to the Kingdom of Fife and the Ochil Hills beyond.
