The Albyn Townhouse is a beautiful Victorian townhouse with 10 en-suite quality bedrooms. Located in a very quiet area, access to the Albyn is walkable from and to Edinburgh Old Town, Castle & all Edinburgh’s major attractions. You will find great restaurants, Theater and cinemas just 5 minutes from us. Parking is available by prior arrangement only.

The Albyn Townhouse is an impressive 4 storey 18th century Victorian House. Formerly the St Oswald Church Manse. Our family run, quality guest house has 10 fully en-suite bedrooms, offering doubles, twins or family rooms, for up to 4 people per room. All our rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated & offer TV, Tea & Coffee facilities, hair dryer, trousers press & central heating. Ironing facility available on request.

We are located off Bruntsfield road & a minute away from Bruntsfied park, in a quiet and beautiful tree line cul de sac, within walking distance from the Old town & Edinburgh Castle as well as restaurants & shops and Edinburgh's major attractions. We also offer private car park...to be booked in advance only!

The Albyn is perfect if you are looking for tranquillity & welcoming surroundings as well as a city centre feel. Price ranges from £36.00 to £50.00 per person per night, depending on season & number of nights & include a full Scottish or continental breakfast.

We love our house & we will make sure you have a unique experience & love it too, we take great care in making sure that you are as comfortable as we would like to be & this means a good night’s sleep!!
