45 Cumberland Street is on the ground floor with its own double door entrance from the street. It is very comfortable (5* rating) and is in a great central location - an ideal base for exploring the city.

The apartment is very comfortable and has a real welcoming feel. It is decorated, equipped and cleaned to a very high standard.

Cumberland Street is in part of Edinburgh's historic New Town, which isn't really new at all, just less ancient than the Old Town.

The traditional stone built streets of the New Town give Edinburgh a strong link to the past. They are protected and maintained to ensure their charm remains. No 45 benefits from its own entrance, rather than the more traditional shared doorway.

At 45 Cumberland Street we like to make our visitors comfortable. We provide crisp white bed linen and stacks of white towels. Toiletries are by Arran Aromatics.

We try to think of everything you will need, so there are hairdryers in each room, spare most things and coathangers galore.
