The apartment is situated on the second floor of the iconic Veridian building which overlooks Middle Meadow Walk. Designed by Sir Norman Foster & partners, this is a striking seven storey contemporary structure which redefines modern urban living. Clad in slate covered aluminium complementing the revitalised Grade B listed former medical blocks of Edinburgh, the building features full width glass walls providing a panoramic view across to the distant Sailsbury Crags.
Inside a sense of space created by a logical layout ensures a relaxed and airy environment, and this is matched by the superb attention to detail in the fittings: a bespoke kitchen with reconstituted stone worktops and high spec appliances make preparation of all meals a real pleasure, meanwhile the bathroom is beautifully finished in stone coloured porcelain tiles and comes equipped with a deep fill bath & powerful Hans Grohe shower.
