Haggis Filo Basket with Red Current Reduction
"The filo tart was filled with haggis sitting in the middle, topped with flat leaf parsley. The filo tart was light, crisp and golden in colour. The haggis was of good flavour and spiciness, working well with the sweetness of the red current sauce."
Howies Banoffi Pie topped with Toasted Almonds
"The biscuit base was crisp and the filling smooth on the palate and was packed with flavour. The pie was light and the flavour fantastic."
We cater for couples, families, students and parties. We have a contemporary, relaxed style.
The restaurant is a converted Georgian bank building; the décor is in keeping with its former use but with a modern twist. The ambience depends very much on the occasion and can be quiet and intimate or lively and buzzing.
