The oldest church in Portobello, built 1809 by William Sibbald, in classical style with a pediment. The clock tower was added in 1839. Organ by Peter Conacher 1873, rebuilt by Henry Willis 1984. Furniture of Austrian oak. Mort safe and interesting memorials in graveyard. Public swimming baths and safe, sandy beach at end of the street. Good bus service (26) from city centre.
