By Thomas Brown 1815 set diagonally across the corner of the square behind a forecourt. Classical two-storey front based on Adams design for the west block of the university. Inside, fluted cast-iron columns support the U-plan gallery. Substantial modernisation 1972. Organ by Forster & Andrews of Hull dating from 1864. Interesting modern chapel in basement created in 1989 by Nira Ponniah. Small public garden at rear.
Sunday Services: 11.00am and 6.30pm
Opening Hours
Open Monday to Friday 9.30am-3.30pm. Fringe performances during Edinburgh Festival, and concerts at other times
