Octagonal church with pebble-dashed walls, green copper roof topped by a cross. Designed by architect Charles W Gray, it was opened in 1962. Stone statue of St Teresa above the main entrance. Pipe organ. Redecorated 2002. In the weekday chapel is a copy of the San Damiano cruci?x, a reminder that the church has been staffed since its opening by Franciscan Friars.
