The tourist information centre in Princes Street is adjacent to the hotel.
Getting There by Railway
From Waverley Station take the Waverley steps on to Princes Street. At the top of the steps turn right. The Balmoral is immediately right.
Getting there by Aeroplane
From Edinburgh Airport join A8 and follow signs for city centre. On reaching Princes Street turn left at South Charlotte Street and head straight through 2 sets of lights. Turn right at 3rd set of lights onto Queen Street heading along until reaching roundabout at Picardy Place. Turn right through pedestrian crossing, staying in outside lane to traffic lights. When you see the Balmoral Hotel, turn right at lights onto Princes Street.
